Ultrasonic & RF Level Transmitters and Presence/Absence Detectors

Level transmitters and presence/absence detectors manufactured by Princo Instruments, Inc. are available with  sensing fittings approved by the 3-A Sanitary Standards Symbol Administrative Council. 

The L104 Series level probes with Tri-Clamp™ fittings in sizes from 1 to 4” – with all wetted parts either Teflon or Kynar covered are most appropriate.  These probes are appropriate for use with a variety of Princo continuous level transmitters.

     Also approved are Series L651/2 and L661/2 presence/absence detector sensor flanges with Tri-Clamp™ fittings in sizes from 1 to 4”.  These sensors are used in Princo’s Null-Kote™ non-intrusive High-Perform-X™ Model L3515 presence/absence detectors with integral electronics and L3545 presence/absence units with remote electronics. These sensors have also been accepted by the USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry processing plants. 

SmartSonic^TM Ultrasonic Level Transmitters Loop Powered 2-Wire

    The Model L4660-SEF-38S-2 Sanitary 2-wire SmartSonic^TM is a  3-A approved, 2.5” Tri-Clamp fitting  with all Teflon wetted parts ultrasonic transmitter.
