(2 years for
3DLevelScanner™)
sold by us to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Our obligation under this warranty being limited to repairing or replacing at our factory any new equipment, within the warranty period, when returned to us by our customer, transportation prepaid, and which our examination shall disclose to have been defective; this warranty being expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, and of all other obligations or liabilities on our part, contractual or otherwise, either to the original purchaser or to any other person. The warranty period starts at the time of original shipment. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and material. It does not cover failures caused by original customer, subsequent customers or application related failure. |
